If you walk in the city, you will notice many red bricks. In the area of Irifuneyama Memorial Hall and The Kure Municipal Museum of Art, the pavement is made of red brick, which contrasts nicely with the green pine trees lining the street. It is a feast for the eyes for those walking in that area. Kure is surrounded by mountains on three sides. From the summit on each side, you can enjoy beautiful night scenes.
